Recruited as to lead the healthcare division of their crowdsourcing and realtime feedback tool, I designed surveys, developed a real time PDSA model for high reliability and improvement, provided leadership coaching to improve retention, recruiting, employee engagement with high profile clients including Rush University Medical Center, Northwestern Medical Center, Christiana Healthcare System, North Texas VA and more leading to positioning as #1 platform for real time feedback for healthcare. 2018 - 2020

Studer Group, a division of Huron, global healthcare consulting, provides leadership development to improve and sustain cultures of excellence. As a C Suite Advisor, I analyzed financial and key performance indicator data including CHAPS and quality measures. I designed partnerships and provided coaching to improve patient, employee and physician experience leading to an average of $500K increased revenue per hospital. 2011 - 2014.
